Applications
Plastic
Our systems allow the processing of all types of separated or mixed plastics, including PVC and PET.
The entire system can still contain up to 10% of adverse materials such as small metals, glass, paper, cardboard and aluminum packaging.
Our machines are prepared to work with up to 20% humidity contained in the raw material to be processed.
Sewage Sludge
Sewage sludge is a waste rich in organic matter generated during the treatment of wastewater at Sewage Treatment Plants.
Our sewage sludge processing makes the total separation of any heavy metal, as we submit the raw material to the melting and boiling point and pressure necessary to clean the product.
Biomass
Our systems allow work with any type of biomass.
Biomass is very interesting in our process, as it has several applications at the beginning and end of the process, we can make the conversion by gasification process or by pyrolysis, and products such as bio oil, bio coal, gas and activated carbon are obtained. Biomass is all organic matter, of vegetable or animal origin, it is obtained through renewable resources, such as plants, wood, agricultural residues, sugarcane bagasse, food waste, excrement and even garbage such as paper, cardboard.
Contaminated Soil
Contaminated soil is caused by the introduction of chemical substances or by the alteration of this environment by human action. In addition to polluting the soil, these chemical elements also pollute water and air.
Our system can treat contaminated soil and also revitalize areas and landfills, the system manages to clean this land using high yield pyrolysis to be able to compensate for losses in the heating of inert material.
The entire process will deliver Processed material free of volatiles and heavy metals.
Aluminized Packaging
Our system can process all types of carton packs that contain some of the following items, plastic, aluminum and paper. The system completely separates the components, leaving only aluminum as a clean final product, without retaining any percentage of plastic or paper, ready to be used for pressing or cast into ingots. The plastic will be converted into fuel oil and its derivatives together with the gas that can be used as energy for the system itself and also stored.
Organic waste
Organic waste is part of urban solid waste (municipal) is practically 45 to 50% of MSW, it is the part with the highest percentage of moisture, where leachate is generated, which can contaminate groundwater and generate toxic gases and odors. In processing it is necessary to do the drying for the best performance of the pyrolysis process.

The biological processes for incorporating carbon dioxide gas into the organic compounds that make up organisms are called carbon fixation or carbon assimilation.
In our process, for every 1 ton of recycled material, we managed to convert the fraction generated by carbons into 3.6 tons of CO2 equivalent
All organic matter processed in the system makes this equivalence, and quick use of organic waste in the system, prevents the generation of leachate and the generation of methane gas, which is 80x more harmful than CO2.
