Our latest system was developed to treat all types of plastics including PET and PVC and turn them back into high quality raw materials, with high environmental value, regardless of the seasonal period or percentage of solid material contained in the raw material.

Thermochemical recycling represents an advance and one of the best methods to obtain the Plastic to Plastic Cycle.
In environmental terms, the process is totally clean, it completely solves the environmental problem related to the use of plastic, due to reusing 100% of the materials, several social and environmental benefits can be attributed to the process as it recovers to the reuse of materials that would otherwise be extracted from nature, in non-renewable sources for their potential to generate electricity.
Our unit does not emit atmospheric pollutants or liquid effluents, nor harmful solid residues, and only requires recirculated industrial water for coolers, heat exchangers and gas washing.

Process

The process consists of recycling all raw material through the thermo-chemical pyrolysis process, the products are introduced in the vertical reactor, and separated in stages with different temperatures, where it is possible to make the total separation of particulate solid waste, and in sequence the polymers will be ready to be separated in the system by molecular weight, where they will be obtained:
1 - Gas
2 - Carbons / metals / solid particles
3 - Naphtha and its derivatives

Quantitative

Oil - Every 10 tons will be removed up to 90% of Oil. This percentage may vary according to the humidity of the material inserted and the quality of the raw material introduced into the system during that period, as it may contain a quantity of paper, biomass , fractions of mixed organic waste or solid particulates.

Carbons / Metals / solid particles - May vary according to raw material, as each region or seasonal period may change in the quantity and quality of raw material received.

Gas - Equivalent to 3% of the Plastic material, but it can be larger as needed to direct it to other purposes.
